To help us better understand individual senior service needs, we conduct an assessment before the resident joins our community. This assessment answers such questions as:

• What are his or her individual skills and talents?
• What is his or her personal history?

Residents, family, and staff then work together to design a plan that provides the appropriate level of care desired.
